  • Force the motorcycle or scooter off the road
  • Force the motorcycle rider to lay the vehicle down to avoid a collision
  • Force motorcycle to rear-end or crash into the back of the vehicle due to sudden stops
  • Open the door of a parked car into the path of a bike or scooter
  • Make a right turn without stopping or yielding
  • Distracted drivers’ texting, using cell phone, eating, etc.
  • Drunk Drivers who are under influence of drugs and or alcohol
  • Biker skids due to debris and trash or loose gravel in the roadway
  • Poor road conditions (railroad crossing, road construction)
  • Poor weather conditions
