Farmer Jaffe’s Brad Edwards, chair of the firm’s Trial and Litigation Division and one of the nation’s most prolific trial attorneys, has announced that he will begin providing free consultations once a month at the firm’s 425 North Andrews Avenue offices.
The first day for free consultations is scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, June 29, 2017. Those consultations will focus on anyone who has been – or knows someone who has been – a victim of a crime, which may include shooting, stabbing or rape victims. Only five timeslots are available, so appointments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In just the last five years, Edwards has obtained nearly $60 million in verdicts for his clients. Most recently, Edwards on behalf of his client obtained a $7.1 million verdict against rapper Jayceon “The Game” Taylor in a civil sexual battery case.
Led by Edwards, the Litigation Team handles Catastrophic Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases, with a focus on representing victims of crime and their families. He has represented crime victims in state and federal courts in nearly every type of case imaginable, including Negligent Security and Premises Liability civil actions arising out of shootings, stabbings and rapes; Sexual Abuse cases; transmission of sexually transmitted diseases; and complicated fraud schemes.
Edwards can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (954) 603-8394.
